You probably should be eating 1500 calories a day or less. That's probably the most you'll probably be losing.
What can I do right now?
You probably want to eat more fruit, vegetables or dairy products right now.
You should also take some time off to cook (or eat) your food every day.
There's an old saying, "It will not come back," but maybe it's time to do some serious lifting. (Read how to get more out of a squat or a clean and jerk than you could ever do on the couch).
That said, if you're worried about losing weight or being fat, do what works for you.
In fact, if you just put a little bit of all-purpose in your body, it could just work for you.
If you want to get better, read about the "New Method of Dieting" by Brian Sutter.
