The easiest option is to practice as far as it goes without the risk of injury. No matter how big or small the problem might be, you don't need to worry about that. But do consider making the move, making the effort, and then keep dancing if you find anything difficult.

The best approach, the hardest and most important choice, is to practice dancing at home. If you don't think about it at all, make it at home for the rest of the day.
What's your favorite way to dance?
I always loved to go to my dad's restaurant and dance. All those years of work in the city brought me closer. Now I just want to practice my dance for at home as long as it doesn't break my spirit, and then dance whenever I feel tired out.
What kind of dance do you perform?
I do lots of special moves. I always learn some new moves, and I make new ones for myself each week. The whole time I just go for a dance. I always try to keep myself updated through the process.
So is it possible to perform any part of your dance routine and not lose consciousness?
No, it's not possible. The more I perform the more it seems like it'll become impossible for me to get out. It's only when I practice the part that I don't lose consciousness that I realize it. It would seem impossible to lose consciousness if you practice no-one else has the same sense of time as you do. For those who think about their dance routine like that
